Membership with a recognised South African firearm association is often required — or strongly recommended — when applying for a dedicated hunter, dedicated sport shooter, or collector firearm licence. Your membership number will be included in your motivation letter and can strengthen your licence application.

PCOASA is a recognised firearm association focused on sport shooters and pistol/calibre owners. Membership is particularly beneficial for:

National Rifle Association of South Africa
